Welcome to consciously participating in the creation of your own experience. The art to adjust your yoga practice to your own capacities & possibilities is what makes it a Healing Process. Bliss Yoga has many different routines, such as Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Gentle and Shamanic Yoga.

Starting my sacred path of Yoga in 1993 with my teacher Krishna Parathi i was stepping into the world of classical Hatha Yoga Asanas. It was by that time i visited India and got invited in a tibetan community in North India and received the teachings in Buddhist philosophy. My practice got more integre when I started to understand that we do not use the body to get into a pose, but we use the pose to get into the body.
During my universtity studies in psychology, sociology and anthropology different body concepts and cultural shaped perceptions of health helped me to grasp the yogic approach of Self-understanding. Yoga is a great form of Healing at the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. In Thailand i studied the ancient form of Thai Yoga Healing & BodyWork which inwas practising in an Healing Centre in Central Mexico.
I Certified by Yoga Alliance at the School Yoga Institute in 2016 in Guatemala. That time indigenious people like the Toltek Wisdom Keepers thought me more about the native cosmovision and thereby my Yogic Path is imprinted by the Shamanic Yoga roots more than the Hinduism.
Our body is a temple when accessed properly will give you a multidimensional access of reality. Yoga is union.
Today my classes, teachings and Retreats i lead since 2017 mainly in WestAfrica is a blend of Yoga Flow, Vinyasha and Sadhana Gentle Yoga. Focusing on an holistic learning my  years of teaching experience is a practice which is mindfully and attention and intention. When we operate in harmony with nature we feel connected and in a state of flow, where everything starts to click and make sense.
